This card runs well

Joshua

This card runs well and looks good while doing it. The blower cooler is good enough to keep these things cool while doing heavy workloads and stacked right next to each other.

It runs a little hot for some computational workloads. The gaming counterpart, 5700XT, can do similar jobs a little slower with much less power-draw/heat-generation.

it just over doubled my rendering speed

Marc

I purchased this card to team up with my fully loaded 2020 13 MBP - best of both worlds being a light to travel and then grunt when I get back to the office to edit.

It sits inside a Razer Core X - easy to fit and ready to go. Geek Bench (bear in mind I'm not a tech expert so only assume this is very good) scores went from Open CL (MBP only) score of 9077, then W5700 enabled 29,856.

In reality, it just over doubled my rendering speed in Adobe Media Encoder. With two external monitors (1 x 4k UHD; 1 x HD) it worked well, and playback does get an incremental bump.

It's pretty quiet, fast, and works

Robert

We went with this card because of its compatibility with Mac. So far we're happy. It's pretty quiet, fast, and works. We're using Mac OS 10.15.x on a Mac Mini and an external Razor X eGPU enclosure.

The speed difference is night and day. The difference is so vastly better that we plan to retest to make sure what we're experiencing is real. Of course, for the cost, you would expect that.

Conclusion

The AMD Radeon Pro W5700 is a suitable card for your business if you need high-end graphics performance. This card offers 256-bit memory, 8GB of GDDR6 VRAM, and a PCI Express 4.0 bus to provide blazing fast HD gaming or video rendering without any lag!

No matter what type of video or game project you're working on, the Radeon Pro W5700 is everything an artist or editor could ever want! The professional GPU can process even the most challenging scenes in stunning, hyper-realistic, and ultra-smooth quality.

I’d checked out a few buyer’s guides on the site in the past and reached out to the previous owner. A few months later, here we are. Now, I get to be behind the scenes, helping people find the best tech.
